False advertising they are not stocked with lenses so there’s no way they can have your glasses the same day but the ladies are really nice

If i could do 0 stars I would! I called for an appt for my 2 young daughters, was told the visit would be covered completely only to show up after taking my girls out of school to be told I needed to pay $120 co pay. I let the lady know that when I called day before I repeatedly asked the phone rep if there were any out of pocket costs and he said NO. My visit to the Hanford Optical was great Anthony was very friendly and helpful . I didn’t wait long my appointment was @ 10:30 and I was in and out in not time . Ordering my contacts was a breeze as well Charlene looked and my both my prescriptions one for contacts and one for glasses and price matched it up with my insurance to see what was the best solution for my budget. I chose contacts . I will be returning again .
