Me and my husband went to get lenses put into a pair of glasses he bought. The wait wasn’t too long and the lady that helped us was super sweet. She explained everything very well and made sure me and my husband were comfortable while we were waiting. Thank you so much for your help Elva !
They can’t even schedule someone property waste of time unprofessional
This place was helpless I payed 120 to be seen and told my vision was to strong and needed to see a doctor in Fresno where I payed another 30$ to be told that I needed to be referred to yet another doctor who was charging me 900$ for another mandatory exam this place is bullshit.
When I called the Hanford store DIRECTLY I was assisted promptly and when I couldn't remember exactly what I ordered last time, she was very helpful and attentive. Unfortunately, we can't remember the associates name, but my husband believes she is the manager. Not only was the order ready for him, it was presented with excellent service. Thank you very much, we will be back.
Such a great service from Martha , even though they were close to closing Martha helped us and made sure we were leaving happy can’t appreciate her enough.
