This place is a scam praying on new customers, especially Spanish speaking ones. I was out of town so tried this as a drop in. Long story short. During my exam the left lens was blurry entire time. It didn't seam normal. They insisted that I had very bad vision on left eye. I asked to look into right lens with left eye and they declined. I did it anyway and saw that left lens was not working. Don’t go here unless you wanna spend a lot of money they act like they are giving you these Amazing discounts but they really aren’t I spent 500 dollars on glasses with insurance and when you purchase “ designer” glasses from them apparently the “designer” glasses don’t come with a case make it make sense and when you ask for a case they give you these cheap Stanton Optical Cases that half the time don’t fit your glasses. Amazing service all staff very helpful and friendly they all made me feel at home and comfortable And the $79.00 Deal for 2 pair glasses was legit I got an eye exam , frames and lenses for just $79.00 On top of that I left that visit with my glasses in hand. Truly amazing experience I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Me and my husband went to get lenses put into a pair of glasses he bought. The wait wasn’t too long and the lady that helped us was super sweet. She explained everything very well and made sure me and my husband were comfortable while we were waiting. Thank you so much for your help Elva !
