Terrible experience. They did not disclose that my vision insurance was not in network. Instead they used a discount sheet to price my glasses. They tried to charge me $392 for one pair of glasses. My finance ordered his there earlier this year and was over charged more than $200. The manager Nikki is rude and not helpful at all.
I went there for their 2 for 79 special. Picked out my frames had them customized willing to pay a little bit more. In their advertisement they said that they would accept my insurance. When it came down to it I ended up having to pay $378 for the two pairs of glasses. Which my insurance should have covered. In fact I called my insurance and they said yes they would be more than happy to cover them. Nikki went above and beyond to help me in getting a new pair of glasses. Some of the best customer service I have ever seen, as she was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I will definitely be back for any future eyewear needs!
