Let me start by saying that the staff was very polite and and tried their best to meet my needs during my visit. However, I went in for both new glasses and also new lenses for my existing frames, as well as an eye exam. My disappointment is mainly focused on the eye exam. The employee doing the initial part of the exam was very friendly and easy to work with, but it was vey obvious from the very beginning of the exam that she did not have much experience. Took and got 2 Pair of Frames and Lins Not Bad Serves not to Bad of a Price. With that said Payed for the Lens Scrach Insurance $25 of they Scratch with in a your your Could get new Lens. Go in was told i was with in the year was told that they pay 80% and i pay 20% so i think ok i thought that i was to get new lens for the $25 i payed for Insurance but no 20%more on top of the $25 then they have a price of $900 + for 1 pair of Glasses before they take of Discount for Medicare Ect.
