Doctor's Technician Teagan was such a pleasure. The 5 stars is for her customer service and kindness in helping me get my contacts in the office. The telehealth eye exam was a surprise. I was not told when I scheduled my exam that this was a telehealth appointment.

6 weeks no glasses. Going on 7th. Have been told "tomorrow" for 2 weeks now
The staff was super friendly when I went in. But I got two pairs of glasses and within a month the blue light blocking film was peeling off the lenses in big splotches. Everytime I use either one (nearsighted) there are permanent blurrs on both sides. I recently realized I couldn't take it anymore and wanted to order new glasses. I called to get my prescription because I live 2500 miles away now and can't just walk in. The lady told me I would have to come in or get a new prescription because mine would expire soon. I went in today for glasses and had an absolute awesome time. The young lady, Teagan, a doctors technician was such a sweetheart. She made my day so much easier and her kindness was so refreshing. Usually you just get pushed through so quick and it feels like your just a number but she was so invested in giving a great experience and helped with picking out wonderful frames. If you need glasses this is the place to go, tons of options and really everything was great.
