Took and got 2 Pair of Frames and Lins Not Bad Serves not to Bad of a Price. With that said Payed for the Lens Scrach Insurance $25 of they Scratch with in a your your Could get new Lens. Go in was told i was with in the year was told that they pay 80% and i pay 20% so i think ok i thought that i was to get new lens for the $25 i payed for Insurance but no 20%more on top of the $25 then they have a price of $900 + for 1 pair of Glasses before they take of Discount for Medicare Ect. Outstanding Service. Lost my glasses and they took care of me 100%. Shipping got backed up from the Texas flood and they were professional and kind for every anxious call I made to check. Thanks again team.
I wish I could give less than a 1 star. Got to my appointment early, no other customers in the store, waited over an hour and a half. Walk ins seem to take priority, black haired girl that works there couldn't handle her position. Still never got helped, just left. Will never go back.
Hmmm. I was calling around to see who would take my insurance, I could tell it was call service/booking center and they insisted they could get me in right away, but he skirted the insurance issue when I asked twice if they accept it. I’ve never had a telehealth style eye exam, I’m not a fan and I had to ask for several repeat lenses because he was clicking through them so fast. Upon check out the price was a lot more than I was wanting to pay, and of course they don’t take my insurance :) but offered a discount 🙃. The girl... read more
