I came in needing a simple eyeglass repair and was told they wouldn’t help me because I didn’t buy my frames from them. That’s terrible customer service. A business that only helps you if you spend money with them first isn’t one I’ll support. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. 🚮🗑️
I received a several messages stating my order was ready but once i tried to go in to pickup my glasses, i was told i couldn't get them because the person who helped me wasn't there and my glasses came in from the lab not completed.
Concern Regarding Eye Exam and Pricing Misleading Advertising I recently visited your location for a vision exam for my son. The only reason I chose your service was the advertised promotion: $79 for an eye exam plus two pairs of glasses. I even scheduled appointments with other doctors as well, just to compare where my son would feel more comfortable and to ensure the most accurate vision results. Rude because they want you to get glasses and contacts with them when if I paid for just a prescription why make it so hard to get it, was never able to do it online after being told I could, made it very hard to get a prescription I had paid $175 for. If it was that hard to get a prescription with them why would I want to order contacts with them and perhaps never get them. Would never come here again. Over priced and Very unprofessional.
