Worst experience I have ever had getting a prescription. I only needed new frames but my expired prescription meant I had to redo the exam. There is no onsite doctor, only a rushed telehealth setup that feels like a rushed exam factory. I paid for contacts and glasses and both prescriptions came back completely wrong twice. I even had to slow down the second exam and it was still wrong. I have worn glasses for 15 years and never had to redo an exam, let alone two. I would avoid this place. The eye exam is done virtually meaning there is no one there to actually examine your eyes which is a down side. I had to get used to my prescription for like 4 days when I ordered my glasses. I had contact trials ordered and was told they would be in 3-4 weeks so I was told. I called to check on them and it’s been about 4 weeks since my trials were ordered and the person checking on them said the trials were never ordered. Now I need to wait another 2-3 weeks before they arrive. This seems pointles... read more
