Tiana and Chiquita made me feel so comfortable. They explained my options with the fact I was paying out of pocket.
THE VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT IS HORRIBLE! I could NOT see with the lens that was prescribed to me. The visit was very impersonal and long story short I had to complain to the store manager, who was very nice and helped with pricing. The customer service with this company will tell you one thing but you get t the store and you will be faced with a different price. It took a month to get my glasses. When they finally arrived, they had the wrong lenses and wrong frame (they sent me women’s glasses). I called customer service 3 times. The store said they were picked up. Then they said they would arrive the next day. Then they were sent to my home (the wrong pair). So I returned for a refund. DON’T GO HERE. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at an optometrist. I went to see Dr. Fackrell. He rushed through the test without giving me a chance to compare the lenses properly, or to even respond. Before I had even had a chance to compare them, he would cut me off and say “it’s good enough” and move on to the next lens. His manner was extremely rude, he had zero patience, and I could hardly hear him through his mask and mumbling. He couldn’t care less about my opinion or to get the prescription right. Oct 2021 I went to Stanton Optical on Glades Road in Boca Raton, FL. BOGO was $650 to be paid upfront. I was notified a few weeks later the eye exam was done wrong and had to be redone, meanwhile, they are also calling at the same time to tell me to pick up my glasses which were made in accordance with the first eye exam. I redo the eye exam, this time not through a monitor (telehealth eye exam). I had an eye appointment today at Stanton Optical in Harbison today. The optometrist for my appointment was Dr.Holcombe. Blakely was with me and she was sitting in the corner of the room quietly. I told her if she was good I would take her to get ice cream or frozen yogurt after. As our appointment was finishing up and we were walking out the room Dr.Holcombe said “she’s cute but I think it’s time you all cut her off at her end of the table.” I was stunned because did he really just make a comment on my child’s weight? ... read more

Yo recomiendo que deberían tener personal que hablen español, se le s olvida que aca en este estado hay bastante hispanos
