THE VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT IS HORRIBLE! I could NOT see with the lens that was prescribed to me. The visit was very impersonal and long story short I had to complain to the store manager, who was very nice and helped with pricing. The customer service with this company will tell you one thing but you get t the store and you will be faced with a different price.
