I love my new pair of glasses. Meagan and Aaron were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to make sure my glasses worked for me. I originally ordered a pair that couldn't be adjusted to fit how I prefer. They both spent a lot of time over multiple return visits working to get them adjusted, because I really wanted that frame. The staff here is so friendly. They have budget options and will help you find those. Not pushy. Really friendly. Same day service is great. Great place to get glasses and not break the bank.
Megan was outstanding. Great value and a professional setting with spectacular customer service.
Came on 2/6 around noon and honestly couldn’t have had an easier visit. Megan and the other young man whose name I wasn’t able to get were incredibly kind and personable! As a young person with no insurance, doing some of the normal “adult” things for the first or second time and can be nerve-racking simply due to inexperience, but those two made everything simple to understand, and within an hour I walked out with a new prescription and a pair of frames that I really like! Thank you :)
