I had the best experience here with Megan. I had less than two days to get a new pair of glasses for a vacation and Megan made it happen. She even contacted another store when she only had one of my lenses in stock. The other store delivered and I picked up my new glasses less than 24 hours later. Megan was fantastic and it shows that she loves her job and helping people. Will definitely be back!
Fun staff. Uplifting. They were patient with me while I came to terms with the fact that I need to start wearing glasses full time. And the optometrist Dr. Tony was spot on with my complicated prescription.
Megan and Madison were extremely helpful and best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time.
I always have such a great experience at this location but my most recent visit was especially amazing. Megan was so phenomenal to work with. I’ve never had someone educate me on the intricacies of why each number in my prescription mattered or why you would functionally (and realistically) choose certain add-ons or not. Absolutely recommend coming here of you’d like to feel fully supported in whatever decision you make for your vision :)
