Don't be fooled by the advertising. They say they accept Medi-Cal, but they don't bill them. They give you a SMALL discount toward glasses or contacts. But you are responsible for paying out of pocket.
Scheduled for a 6:15 pm appointment and arrived at that time just to be told that they are not taking anyone anymore and that my appointment was actually changed to 6 pm (without my confirmation or a call). They made this change 7 minutes before 6 pm (5:53 pm)and I was already driving by then. The girl at the front said they already have people waiting to be seen so they can’t let me check in and that I would need to reschedule. My wife and I had a great experience at this optical office. Areli was very friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. Thanks to Aarti the eye exam was thorough, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. I highly recommend this optical place to anyone looking for quality service, knowledgeable staff, and a great overall experience. I will definitely be coming back and referring my family and friends!
