The staff is very friendly and helpful
The staff at this branch are amazingly helpful, I walked in to repair my eye glasses and Aarti took care of them, she is very professional and polite, after 15 minutes I walked out with my eyeglasses on. Thank you Aarti.
This business operates just like a used car lot, and that’s not a compliment. The “2 pairs of glasses for $79” come-on turned into over $750 with “add-ons”. Mind you I had brought my own frames in for one of the pairs, and lucky I did as the frame options there were some of the cheapest and ugliest I’ve ever seen. Most unprofessional staff ever mostly the man he didn’t run my private insurance and just assumed I didn’t have insurance and wanted me to pay full price after I told him that wasn’t ok he walked away the assistant was more help then him self worst experience ever was there for 5 hrs ! Will never be coming here again they have no good choices as well prices are no good as well
I do not necessarily write reviews, unless I had a very bad experience. I called ahead and made sure that my insurance was accepted before I made an appointment. Specifically for an eye exam alone, but not a purchase of lenses or contacts. The lady specifically told me on the phone. “Yes your insurance is accepted. Just bring my insurance card & ID”and even offered to schedule an appointment the same day.
