Please don't risk your health! The people in this place are completely incompetent. I called to make sure they were implementing health & safety guidelines and they assured me they were, but I got there and it was all a lie. First of all, the staff there wasn't wearing masks, or had them on over their chins & I had to ask them several times to pull their masks up and wear them properly. Worst place ever u could get ur glasses or contacts at. Staff is so rude, especially when u call up there to check on glasses. The wait time they give u for ur items so come in is a total crock of u know. Go in for the deal they have going on and walk out with a 600$ bill due to supposedly things u must have. If u can go somewhere else plz do this place sucks

Disturbing how most of the customers have the same issues and they still don't fix the problems. Most people are saying they waited longer than expected to receive their glasses. I waited 2 months while they sent them to the lab 5 different times and then they lost my original frames that I brought and then lost them and gave me a used pair with the incorrect lenses and tried to pass them off as mine - like I'm stupid or something. Set up appointments for my daughter and myself for Tuesday afternoon. For starters, price jumped from 2 pair for $59.95 to $69.95 - and only then if you chose your 2 pair from a selection of 6 to 8 pairs... They could not have glasses ready that day, no problem. They were to have 4 pairs of glasses ready the next day, Wednesday. Late Wednesday afternoon was able to pick up 2 pair. Horrible place definitely will not recommend the 2 for 69.99 is a scam the buy one get one free is a scam. With insurance me and my husband got one pair each for 433.00 plus 20.00 for eye exam. And if you don't know this you can not take your prescription to any other place and get glasses, you get your eye exam there you have to buy there.

Worst customer service. Called three times to tell me glashe's are here. Purchased November 28 and still have not received them and received a call this morning g telling me glasses are ready. I have no faith that this is true. Worst experience!
If I could give 0 stars I would. What a total scam.. It says $29 for 2 pair of glasses and a free eye exam. After waiting on the eye exam and spending a good amount of time picking glasses they tell me the total is $485.00!! I reluctantly agreed only because I had so much time invested here.
