Worst place ever u could get ur glasses or contacts at. Staff is so rude, especially when u call up there to check on glasses. The wait time they give u for ur items so come in is a total crock of u know. Go in for the deal they have going on and walk out with a 600$ bill due to supposedly things u must have. If u can go somewhere else plz do this place sucks

Disturbing how most of the customers have the same issues and they still don't fix the problems. Most people are saying they waited longer than expected to receive their glasses. I waited 2 months while they sent them to the lab 5 different times and then they lost my original frames that I brought and then lost them and gave me a used pair with the incorrect lenses and tried to pass them off as mine - like I'm stupid or something.
