This is a pretty decent senior apartments. They are extremely prompt in maintenance requests. Laundry is free. Staff are real nice
A nice, quiet, senior place to live. Rent is based on income, with additional offset for average utility costs. Very affordable. HUD-required yearly inspections; so the place is reasonably maintained.
Poorly ran. Repairs take forever and management is a pain.
