I have had the opportunity to work closely with Dr. Hatch over the last four years while doing weekly counseling sessions with her. I have grown tremendously by using the DBT Method that she teaches. Dr Hatch is straight forward and helped me learn to recognize my behaviors (especially the ones I don’t want to keep doing) and my feelings behind them in everyday situations.
