We are deeply disappointed in Stanton Carpet Corporation. We purchased the Panoramic in Steel Blue in the Vue Collection. We were told this was a product that would last about 10 years and it has a 5 year warranty. It was the most expensive carpet we purchased and it was shown to us as a luxury product. In only a year, the carpet has faded and it looks trampled. My husband and I live alone and were away all summer. This company does not stand by their warranty. They offer up any excuse, from running your dish washer to the heat coming from under your fridge, in order to avoid adhering to their warranty on WATERPROOF LVP (even approved for installation in a bathroom) flooring. Flooring was installed in summer 2021 and 9 months later started bowing/warping along several planks. Their employees assault elderly people, as evidenced by the Elton John concert assault of two elderly people by one of Stanton's employees. Absolutely not would I trust this company in my home when they employ literal animals and have them as managers . I advise no one to use this company until they take appropriate action for the safety of their customers
