We ordered $4,000+ of Stanton Carpet through Georgia Carpet Industries and eagerly awaited its arrival. When the carpet arrived, it was completely different than the sample - a padded layer on the back that was firmly attached to the sample was falling off. Stanton is refusing to return or replace the carpet stating that the layer is "optional". This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Now we have to throw away $4,000 of this product and pay for something new since it's no longer safe to install on our stairwell.

We are deeply disappointed in Stanton Carpet Corporation. We purchased the Panoramic in Steel Blue in the Vue Collection. We were told this was a product that would last about 10 years and it has a 5 year warranty. It was the most expensive carpet we purchased and it was shown to us as a luxury product. In only a year, the carpet has faded and it looks trampled. My husband and I live alone and were away all summer.
