I have lived here for 7 years. When I first lived here, it was so nice and peaceful. The residents were all friendly and abided by the HUD rules of conduct. Now, we have people with criminal pasts living here and also people who allow their families to live with them. This is a SENIOR building. Strange people are allowed in and we just do not feel safe here anymore. The best manager we ever had was just forced out because she was doing her job and getting rid of people who had many lease violations. VOA who owns the building... read more
