My experience with one of your drivers in Novi, on beck rd was dangerous and unacceptable! He forced his way into my lane when he drove through the right turning lane in front of a hospital, causing me to swerve into the left turn lane and slam on my brakes. When he started using his truck to force me out of my lane I started using my horn to let him know I was there and his response was to flip me the middle finger through his review mirror on the driver side.
