Ok visit, shredded floss in my teeth. Was told glide floss wasn’t available, not great
This office is great! Every person I have encountered has been so nice and caring. Dr. Henry is a very good, soft spoken dentist who makes sure he explains things very well. Without hesitation I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone.
Came here for many years. Was really great in the beginning. Now there is a new dentist every time I come in. I’m 26 and naturally have groovy teeth that can be susceptible to cavities. I’m very thorough about caring for my teeth that I have only had one cavity since I was a kid. I was told to get sealants on my teeth about a year ago to prevent cavities. I've been coming here since 2019 and yesterday will be my last time. They have such a high turnover rate, and the recent experience was just awful. I understand that they are shortstaffed. They should've handled their scheduling better. I left an infant at home just to make it for this appointment and the hygienist went through the cleaning in less than 10 minutes. after the cleaning, she realized she forgot to do the x-ray.
