Doesn’t care about their residents. I asked for a washer dryer unit in December and they couldn’t even get me that though many became available. Then they said when my lease automatically renewed that I couldn’t get the washer and dryer unit because my lease was already renewed in the end of May although I asked for the different unit 6 months ago!
