I never thought someone who runs a business who hangs up on someone who needs help. I can tell he’s old and miserable
Absolutely BEYOND rude! He was called out to an accident involving my dad by LPD. When he got there we were met with a terrible attitude. He REFUSED to wait for us to go to an ATM which was right down the street. Chances are he wouldn't even be done loading by the time we got back. He said he doesn't take card and since we didn't have cash he'd have to take it to his yard and we'd have to pay even more to get it out. I flat out told him to leave and we'd call someone else to tow my dad's car to his house about 4 blocks away.... read more
So unprofessional, keeps hanging up on me. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. THE WORST WRECKER EVER. PLEASE AVOID IF POSSIBLE.
Rep is extremely rude, he will hang up in your face. Would not recommend.
Horrible service, I'm trying to get help on a vehicle and the guy who answer keeps hanging up on me and being SUPER RUDE WILL NOT RECOMMEND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
