By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Purchased a computer through Sears Marketplace on July 23rd with a delivery date of August 6th. Well here it is September 7th with no computer and nothing but lame excuses and unfulfilled promises of updates. Horrible lack of customer service.

On February I bought a computer through sears. The computer was slow, it did not connect to the internet and the battery did not work. I returned the computer to the address they gave me and I have not received my refund so far. I have written several messages and they do not answer me, I have called them and they do not answer me. On May 31, I contacted them for my refund and they did not answer me. Sears contacted them asking for explanations for the lack of communication and they answered that "my case has been closed".
