I originally scheduled an appointment with Reliable appliance however I also called Stans appliance. After speaking with the receptionist she was super nice and pleasant I canceled with reliable and scheduled for Tuesday which was 5 days away. I took the day off of work. I called to confirm my appt on Tuesday morning to be told, nope you are on for Wednesday. She was rude, unappologetic and could not have cared less.
