Technician Carl came here today 2/2/2026 and fixed my Stannah chairlift that I had been using for 4 years that suddenly started having intermittent problems off and on for a long time. Carl did a thorough job finding and fixing several problems. I'm very happy with Stannah Stairlift support.

Jonathan Watson was our Stairlft expert. He was informative and answered all our questions. The installer Greg did an outstanding job. He needed to change the armrest to a shorter size not an easy task. He was pleasant and his work was extremely professional. Our experience was definitely a positive one. My mother in-law at 17 Compass Court in Niantic had her stair lift replaced today by Jake and Shawn. Everything went smoothly- they were fast and professional. After completing the installation, they went over how to operate the new lift and left the area clean and tidy. Much appreciate their efforts!
