Alex and Jose were quick, friendly, and knowledgeable with installing my mom’s chair lift. Alex clearly explained how it worked and my mom loves her new ride up and down the stairs!
We bought the Siena stairlift from Stannah My mom is very happy with the quality and service that Stannah provides. The design is more streamline and much less bulky than its competitors. Tyler Oldam, the sales rep, is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, not being pushy. He is thoughtful, and he does listen to our needs. He even sacrificed one of his weekends for us to demonstrate the stairlifts in the OC showroom. We highly recommend Stannah Stairlift and Tyler!
