I was very happy with installation and maintanance, especially the wit Tom Joyce. It has been 1 years and 8 months with stair lift and I encounter a malfunction of the lift. I have been stranded for weeks, waiting for appointment, finally it does show that technitian came, did not get a call from either office nor the technician- the clerck/representative was rather disrespectful and inconciderate to a dissabled person. Tom came out today to do the yearly check on our Stannah chairlift. He was very knowledgeable, informative and gave good advice. We love our Stannah lift and look forward to seeing Tom next year. This is the company to call if you need a stairlift. You'll be amazed how much you will use it to transport items on the lift for convenience and safety. And, you are still able to live in a 2 story residence.

Tom did an evaluation of our stair lift today. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. His inspection was very through, leaving us with confidence our stair lift was operating perfectly. He was also friendly and polite.

Ricardo and John the installer are both good people and highly professional. The Stairlift turned out to be exactly what we were hoping for. We couldn't be more please.
