Ricardo Salas sales manager was very thorough answering all my questions. The the delivery and installation was as scheduled. Sean the installation technician did an excellent job.
BEWARE-Shady business dealings with this company!! Ricardo originally gave my parents a quote for a new stair chair. He recommended the ”Starla” model of chair. As this was out of my parent’s price range, they asked if there is a less expensive option and he said No. About a week later, Ricardo followed up with them and they informed him they had decided to go with Bruno, since it was a moderate price.
