Attended a showing today at 1508 - 160A Street, Surrey. We arrived on site at the time specified to us. This was confirmed and double confirmed numerous times (5-6 between email and text). However…the agent did not show. We saw a lady in the driveway and asked if she was the tenant. She advised she was the current renter and she was advised that there were no showings today. The agency is pretty straightforward and diligent in each stage of the process. They will do everything possible so you can get approved by the owner, which is the main objective of applying for a house. Easy going staff and cooperative. Fully recommended.
