RecommendedThe food was great, therapy was great, and the staff were great. I have no complaints at all. Highly recommend this facility.
The nursing staff are horrible. You would have to just see it. During this Covid19 they seem to be taking advantage of the fact we cannot visit family. The only way to see family is through the outside window and what I have seen is horrible. Let a patient lay in a dirty diaper for hours. RecommendedMy mom has been at Pulaski Health and Rehab for over a year now. I have been very pleased with the love and respect that she receives as a resident here. The administration and staff are top notch and caring people. I always have a pleasant experience visiting here ❤️

RecommendedAmidst the global pandemic, I think fondly of the many summers spent volunteering at Springtree and wish I could be there this summer!! Springtree has been a place of learning opportunities, friendships and goodwill practice. Each summer, I would spend the day accompanying residents in the activity room or spending lunch talking and laughing with a new resident each day. I miss the smiles of the staff and the conversations I’ve had with those who live there. Here’s hoping for a visit, soon!

They worked hard on scheduling my daughter for the times that were best for my work schedule, it took them several times checking with the therapist then making multiple calls to me to change times to ones that worked better for us. They went way beyond what many other offices do, not because they had to, but because they are just really great people!! RecommendedThe receptionist Bianca is so sweet and helpful. My grandad is at the rehab center after a long battle of fighting off Pneumonia and than Covid. We can only communicate with him and see him through an app called Zoom. Bianca is always more than willing to go in his room to set us up on zoom. I appreciate her kindness through this difficult ordeal of not being able to physically see him. She is not just sweet when I call but also sweet to my grandad when she is in the room with him.
