RecommendedI would highly recommended this place to anyone. Everyone there is like family willing to help and very compassionate. In September of 2018 my brother came home from Roanoke Hospital into Hospice care with 3 to 7 days to live he was bed ridden until I got him out of Hospice in October of 2018 and got him into Stanleytown . Physical therapy got him back on his feet and walking. He is now a permanent resident at Stanleytown. He loves it there it is like his and my second home and family.
my mother came there for a 21-day stay for therapy. while she was there she was given the incorrect amount of medication. she came home after her 21 days she had gained 13 pounds a fluid not food in their food is horrible. came home on a Monday and Wednesday we had her back at the ER with congestive heart failure and both lungs are full of fluid. she had to have two procedures to remove all the fluid from her lungs. all of this could have been prevented only staff would have done their homework and corrected the situation I ... read more

They need more qualified staff and need to care for the people as they would their own family. Always short handed. Poor management

RecommendedThis facility is by far our first choice for therapy. Yes it is a very busy place but the staff are very helpful and care about their patients. Anyone needing to get over an illness or injury should give them a try. My husband and I have been there several times and both had a great experience.
RecommendedSHR is the bomb! I was there for a short period of time. Rehab helped me reach my goal within a timely matter. Also my bill was filed with insurance & your business office took care of this. Very friendly employees!
