We are a big plastic surgery practice that has had non stop HVAC issues for years. Freezing offices and sweltering patient rooms. Rob came to the rescue today !!! He located a strange issue and went room to room and ensured things were up and running. Great work.
Rob came by to help us with our AC unit today and he was WONDERFUL!!!!! Such a kind gentleman. Will be requesting him every time for service!!!!!
Would give this company zero stars if I could but there are some technicians that work there that are exceptional. My issue is that management communication and support are very poor. I’ve worked with them a number of times before with the same tech and always request the same tech. The most recent instant they sent out a different tech that is not familiar with my unit and does 23 minutes of work and then bills me for a full hour. I called Stanley W. Cooper leading into the July 4th weekend during a heat wave. I woke up to our central AC system blowing air that wasn’t cool. I called early in the morning, and their on-call tech called me back in less than 30 minutes. He let me know that he would be at my home within the hour. He arrived in less than an hour and looked at the unit inside and quickly determined that it wasn’t causing the issue. He looked at the unit outside and determined that we had a bad capacitor. We used to do business with AMC and loved Faith, Bill and the whole team. They were bought by Stanley Cooper and the service has been awful. They have rescheduled on request 3 times and another once. They were willing to take our money for a “maintenance” contract but certainly weren’t able to show up when we needed them.
