LESS THAN ONE! tHEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL they care more for money than they do our pets You never get to see the same vet twice, so much for individual care They treat you as if you are a bother They should not be in the business They need to hire professionals, not idiots with a degree Just because you have a degree doesn't make you a vet, a vet cares for the pet and it's owners that pay her salary
Unprofessional, overcharging, care more about the money than the animal. Would not let them treat road kill!
LESS THAN ONE! They are very unprofessional and hire the same kind of staff. They do not listen to you when it comes to your pet, the seem to think they are GOD! They are well known for over charging and you will never see the same vet twice...so much for individual care. Unfortunately, this clinic appears to have grown so large that they are focused on numbers of animals brought through the door and fees charged vs. quality care and good communication with the owners of their pet patients. Testing needed to understand an infection my dog had was never offered, even when I questioned them prescribing the same antibiotic to my dog for 6 weeks straight, and I was made to feel stupid for asking questions.
