Car was some distance away. I asked several questions in my initial email. The reply, while quick, was generic and did not answer any of the questions. I decided to pass and notified them by email as to why. I received a further explanitory email but before I could respond CarGurus notified me that the car was sold. So, the only reason not five stars was lack of material response to my original questions.
They contacted me twice , and where very pleasant to talk to !
Quick response that ended with me buying the car. They gave a fair deal from the jump and made it even better once I got there. The car I bought had an exspensive issue and they took care of it quickly and at no cost to me. Great sales team and good service department!
I met with a salesperson who was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and got me a great price on a new vehicle. Furthermore there was no pressure to purchase.
Got right back to me, very friendly and professional.
