I'm only giving them one start because there is no option for 0. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.
Had to find another storage facility because somone parked in the spot I had been paying for 2 months at the Anderson facility. Paid to have a spot when I needed it after the season and they had already let somone else use it after paying almost 500.00. No refund was offered or reasonable effort to clear the spot so I could park my camper. Would give 0 stars if available. Renters be warned!
