Two years ago next month, Stanley Steemer did a job for my mother who was in the hospital at the time critically ill.She had a doll made of porcelain.The doll was in a chair low on the floor,so I moved her to the couch where I thought she would be out of harms way. Stanley Steemer went above and beyond coming out to clean my tile and furniture. It looks brand new! The crew was completely helpful and accommodating and I'll definitely use them again! Thank you Middle Ga Crew!
I had my tile floor clean done in the kitchen & bathrooms. They done a very poor job the first time. I sent pictures of the poorly done job to the company. They agreed to come back. The only problem with this is after they redone the kitchen they remeasured my floors and was going try to charge me EXTRA!!! Supposedly the first measurements weren't correct. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
I have a review on an issue, not service. When I called for an estimate the lady (nice) said it would be $79.00 just to come out to LOOK at the chair to see if it could be cleaned. There is a stain I hope will come out but I feel that price is ridiculous!! Why not stop by while in the area????? Y'all have lost my business!
We always have our carpets professionally cleaned about this time of every year and have used Stanley Steamer in the past, several times. However, last year, because of the one negative review listed on the YP page, we chose another company last year ( 2012), and had a terrible experience - bad job, not moving furniture, bad attitude, wanted to charge extra for everything they touched, etc. So yesterday, we called Stanley Steamer back - they were GREAT and did an AWESOME JOB!!!
