David and Troy came to clean my dryer vents. They were very prompt, very nice ,and explained everything they were doing. I had told them my dryer was starting to get to hot on the outside which scared me. They showed me that the vent cover on the outside of house was the wrong kind, and why, and told me which kind I need. I will use Stanley Steemer again an request David an Troy, I trust them!!

Had a water heater spring a leak. Called at 10 AM. They were there by noon all cleaned up in about a half hour.

Thank you very much for sending Marcus on our. Redo he did a terrific job took us time. My carpet looks beautiful the other two. When they did it, you couldn't even tell. It was done I thank you very much for redoing it. And we will be sure to use Stanley steamer again, 5 stars to Marcus.

Notified me in morning that they had an opening. Showed up on time. Professional, informative and respectful of home. Protected surfaces. Couldn't ask for better. Recommend their service highly.
