Jacob arrived on time clean put together articulate came in and walked through the house with me. I shared my needs he acknowledged he got right to work each time. He finished a room. He asked me to come look at it to see if it was to my satisfaction he told me ahead of time what his next room and steps were going to be my house was tile and carpet so it was important for me to know what furniture was being moved and what room he was doing he could dried every ounce of water or chemical on the floor warned me what was wet an... read more
Excellent experience with Stephen Lyle this morning. Scheduled an upholstery cleaning though the online portal and had him out the very next morning morning. He was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly - and dang he worked his tail off to get that couch looking like new again. It looks great. Couldn't be happier - would definitely recommend - and will be calling on him again when we are ready for another cleaning. Thanks!!
