Joshua was honestly the best we have had come to our house for a cleaning, and we have been using Stanley steamer for years. First, he was on his hands and knees trying to get a stain out. Secondly, he moved couches that no one had ever touched so he could clean under them. Finally, he was efficient and detailed. Our carpets look brand new. I tipped him $20 but feel I should have tipped him more!! If I could request a cleaner I would from now on.
