Brandon and Kyle showed up when they were expected and were very professional . We had the tile floor and grout steam cleaned and we were happy with the result.
Steve and Jean are both well-raised, polite, hard-working young men. They did a fine job of cleaning our ducts. They left our house in the same condition that they found it. We used Stanley Steamer to clean bathroom tile floors. While the floors look a tiny bit better, they managed to take all of the paint off of the baseboards. At what point do you stop to tell the client what is happening? They offered me $50.00!off next cleaning, which I will never use them again or recommend to anyone. It seems they only have one big tool. On top of that, one leg of bathroom vanity and door trim are gouged and chipped
