Stanley Steemer has always been reliable and provides good, thorough service. Today was the same, with the technician arriving on time and doing a great job.

Breno did an excellent job! However, the Stanley Steemer dispatch service and chain of command did a very poor job two days in a row with communicating / and rescheduling its service windows - missed by a few hours on both days! Breno belatedly saved the day, but Im still awaiting a phone call, three times requested, from Management.

Our technician, Tommie, was beyond excellent. Knowledge, skill, and leadership. 5 star experience. Additionally, the gentleman who booked the appointment was also a skillset above his title. They both were. It was actually a very impressive experience. The company is doing something right to attract this level of talent.
