Jason was very communicative and informed me of the cleaning process before beginning. He asked what I was looking for as far as the outcome. We set realistic goals based on the condition of my sectional and then he got right to work. The sectional is still wet as it literally knits got steamed clean about 30 minutes ago but you can see the difference already. Thank you Jason!!
