The technicians who cleaned our rug were professional and courteous. However, I was not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning. The area rug did not appear any cleaner than it was before the service. When the cleaning was completed, I used a white rag to blot a few places, and the rag became filthy. I expected more of a cleaning than I received.
Very professional and courteous. Did a great job with our carpet look forward to working with them in the future.
