Airiell did a superb job of cleaning our carpet downstairs, steps and upstairs. We have 3 cats and I was worried with the door open, they may get out. She fixed that. She had a rubber thing she place over the door and had a flap that met the door casing. Once before we had our rugs done by another person advertising a special, that was a disaster. Our neighbor, which was a little OCD about getting things done right said only use Stanley Steamer. They cost a little more, but well worth it after having to move all the furnitur... read more
