Tim did an excellent job. He explained well, made great recommendations and then did an extremely thorough job, including paying special attention to a couple tough stains. I love knowing that my carpets are as clean as can be!

Dryer duct cleaning - exhaust on roof so explained additional cost. Was plugged at screen to keep critters out so glad it is done & now safe. Very professional!!
