I definitely recommend the Quad Cities Stanley Steamer franchise. Booking was easy, the text notification when the technicians were on their way was very helpful, the technicians were professional and personable, the pricing was transparent (website estimate matched my invoice), and my carpet and upholstery look and smell great! I’m very happy with the service.
Matt and Noah were great. Gave realistic expectations and we’re flexible with their schedule.
Honestly, I'm disappointed with the "Sofa Furn Leather Clean and Moisturize" service think you anyone looking to have their leather couch cleaned should find another business to hire. Upon arrival, the technician (Matt Mitchell) informed my mom that their couch (a standard size L shaped sectional) was actually considered two separate couches and refused to proceed unless she paid for two services, significantly increasing the cost beyond what was anticipated.
