Great customer service. Technicians were very friendly. Affordable prices! Brandon was awesome. He deserves 10 stars. Brandon explained every step before, during, and after servicing our floor. He was very knowledgeable and shared knowledge to me about maintaining my floors.
Short version: I paid for 3 bedroom/1 hallway/1 stair. They did not clean the stairs. When I contacted them the lady tried to gas light me into saying it was done. After I provided proof it was not done she still stuck to her gun but offered me a $50 gift card. So now I have a gift card I will never use because I'm appalled at how disrespectful they were.
