They could have done a lot better. There were spots that could have been removed, fuzz and little things all over the carpet and was not cleaned next to the baseboards. I was shocked. Only found these issues after crew left.
I had a cleaning that didn't quite get the job done. They came right back, scrubbed the heck out of my traffic areas and exceeded my expectations. I will only use Stanley Steemer. Thanks guys!
I highly recommend you request Bryan Perez & Chris Gomez!! They did an awesome job and I'm very happy! I love that Stanley Steemer stands behind their service. I had my carpets cleaned last week and I wasn't happy. I called Stanley Steemer back a few days later and they scheduled me, with no questions asked. Bryan & Chris came out today and they did a wonderful job. I'll defiantly be using Stanley Steemer again, and I'll also be requesting Bryan & Chris. Thank you!! ;)
