Thank you, Chris and Brady, for coming out this morning and cleaning an area rug of mine. These gentlemen were both knowledgeable and extremely professional in their line of work. I was even more pleased with their safety precautions of wearing masks for the entire duration of their visit. Do your best to get Chris and Brady for your next job. Easy five stars for the two of them.
Brady and Chris id an adequate job. Brady was very quick to answer my questions. I was a bit concerned that the carpet in one of the rooms they cleaned took 36 hours to dry. The carpet in one was still wet after 24 hours and we had to put fans on it to dry. Maybe should have spent a little more time on extraction.

Stanley Steamer does a great job on carpet as long as the owner of the carpet hasn't let it get too bad. Lighter color carpet is harder to keep looking clean. They cleaned our brown carpet today and it looks really nice and smells better. The tile doesn't look as great as the carpet but the grout looks a little cleaner. Definitely doesn't look like new but it is what it is. The cleaners are very knowledgeable.

Austin and Nick were GREAT! I preferred early appointment and they made that happen 😊They are professional and answered all of my questions. My grout looks great and I also had bedroom carpet cleaned.Highly recommended these two!

5 star service from Jordan and Chance! They were so friendly and professional and did such an excellent job on our older carpets. We have a 15 year old pomeranian who had some accidents. Jordan and Chance took the necessary time to make sure the problem areas were removed. I will definitely use Stanley Steemer of Springfield. Of course I will request Jordan and Chance again!
