I am so disappointed with the services that I got this time from Stanley steamer. They pushed for additional services and they were in and out within an hrs work for a 5room and hallway and stairway. The stains are still in the carpet and in spots I had to go back over with my carpet shampooer. For the money that was spent I could have saved and just used my own shampooer. And there Oder eliminator doesn’t realy do that. Will not b using there services again.
