This is the third of fourth time we’ve used Stanley steamer carpet’s come out nice hardwood do not recommend came out terrible stick to the carpet Customer Service recommends hardwood saying they do a fantastic job but that’s not the case it looks worse than it did before we had it done then their only concern is doing the next job not about spending time on the job they are on.

Had our first professional cleaning done this morning, in our living room/dining room areas. Jason & Paul were very polite, did a quick and excellent job! Still needs time to dry but looks back to new again.

Ad was deceptive! Didn’t get what I wanted! Didn’t find out until guys was done with the floor! I was left with a dull looking floor! $168 down the drain! Totally disappointed!!!!
