They were on time and took particular care cleaning my chairs which had Crypton fabric On them. They had to be cleaned according to a special protocol. Michael Turner was incredible.
The crew that cleaned our carpet is and was EXCELLENT from the front door greeting through check on carpet areas, explanations, a prompt and amazing cleaning--all the way through instructions about care until fully dry, payment and goodbye. I felt for them due to a long day with one more house to go (thanks to heavy holiday scheduling)--they had to be exhausted, but you would not know it from their work or demeanor. they are super personable and focused on a good, no, great job!
