Courteous on time and thorough. One hangups. Was told by person who set up time they would clean my vinyl tile. When in reality they wouldn't ,although it was professionally installed over concrete flooring. Their excuse it may warp. Lesson learned.

The technicians were courteous and thorough. Adam and his coworker got out all the spots on our carpet. They also observed all COVID-19 safety requirements.

The guys that came to my house did a great job but one of the guys did not wear a mask mask while in my house while the other guy did. When I question the guy without the mask on about the mask he said he had one but he continued to work and not put his mask on.
you asked how the service was ,they got here to clean 3 BATHROOMS ,not 3 rooms of carpet ,then I was quoted a price of 99.00 ,well he said it would be 136.00 needless. to say I didn't let them do it.
They did an awesome job cleaning my apartment carpet and sofa! So polite and professional!
