Very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job.
I have some spots that were on the floor before they came and they're still there. They got some of the spots up and it's the same thing that I had spilled on the carpet so I know the rest should come up as well. I'm very upset I've been using them for years but I don't know if I will anymore. It depends upon if they take care of this for me or not.
