Nick & Leon were fantastic, they really worked hard to get out some old pet stains...I really think that this is the best job I have ever had done by Stanley Steemer! I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer to anyone! I purchased another contract again this time at a great price! You will not be disappointed with SS...

I was not pleased with my service at all my carpet did not come clean with you guys I had to go back over it with my Bissell carpet cleaner with the brush to get even close to being clean very disappointed I spent a lot of money to have you come clean this carpet and it did not even close to bein

Called yesterday and they were here today...Been using them since the late 1990's and they have always done a terrific job...would and have recommend them to everyone...They really do get the stains out. I had a ottoman that's off white and quite old and stained that I figured had seen it's last days and now I think it will be around even longer... Their employees are the greatest...kind, considerate and polite and do a great job and are greatly appreciated. Prices are good too. I love Stanley Steamer!

Stanley Steemer Issaquah was my go to carpet cleaner for the thirty years I lived in the East Renton Highlands. I recently moved to Camano Island and went through the Lynnwood WA location. The technician was courteous and polite but did not move the beds so could not have cleaned under them. After he left I noticed he missed one side of the love seat. I am very disappointed in the quality of the work.

Jacob arrived at my home on time. He was courteous and polite. Jacob requested I show him any spots that needed addressed. He offered to clean under a sofa and return the sofa to position. He raked the carpet and did an excellent job of cleaning. Thank you Jacob and Stanley Steemer.

We have used Stanley Steemer for many years and were very pleased. My recent experience was horrible. He rushed through every room. Some areas were very wet others untouched. He left water on my hardwood floors adjacent to rooms that were cleaned. I missed a spot and the finish on my hardwoods was damaged. Stanley Steemer offered to redo the job, but I could not let them because my house was for sale and I could not have wet carpets. Very unhappy with this experience

Very pleased with Stanley Steemer. They are always reliable, professional, knowledgeable and consistently great service. Their $99, 2-room special is a great motivator to get frequent cleanings. Our technician, Jose Moreno, was very pleasant and explained what he planned to do and why, and followed up with additional information after cleaning. Scheduling was super easy. Today I had my carpets and sofa cleaned by Terrance. I usually get my carpets cleaned annually, but never have I ever experienced such a thorough and outstanding job as Terrance did today. He was very cordial and professional, ensuring all the stains were removed properly. I am a very satisfied customer indeed and won't hesitate to ask for his service in the future.
