RecommendedOnly carpet cleaners I use and recommend! Have had them clean my carpet before bringing my babies home for the first time, from the hospital. And annually for spring cleaning. Also definitely recommend when your hosting the family for the holidays. ;)
Most of our floors are hardwood now, but the carpeted area was cleaned. Super job! Nice, professional workers. Used Stanley before and highly recommend them!

I looked at three different carpet cleaners in my area, and Stanley Steemer was the least expensive - yet promised the same things - cleaning, deodorizing, and protection. I was able to book an appointment on line, which was quickly confirmed electronically. I received a text several days before, reminding me of the appointment, then another the day before. They were there on time, did a great job and the staff were very friendly.
I've used them since they opened in Kingston and am NEVER disappointed! 4 houses, 6 moves. It's the only way to go - vacuum extraction and let them take all the gunk out of the house rather than honestly spreading it around. This method is endorsed by the American Lung Association as well. Always on time. Great follow up and follow through.

They were suppose to arrive between 8:00 and 9:00. Received a call at 8:06 saying someone called in SICK! Would be about 45 mins late..................... He got here at 10:45.. I have to take time off work, to wait almost three hours is just rediculous!!!
